9th Annual Mardi Gras Parade

The Main Street Program will be sponsoring the ninth annual Mardi Gras Parade in Downtown Vicksburg on Saturday, February 13th at 2:00 p.m. For the first time, this year's parade will have a theme! The theme is "Latin Carnivale." Mardi Gras is so elaborate in the Latin culture so we decided to bring some of their traditions to our Mardi Gras celebration.

We are still looking for Krewes to participate in the parade! If you are interested in participating please call 601-634-4527, come by our office at 1309 Washington Street, or go to http://www.downtownvicksburg.org/ and download an application.
